Morris Edwards is the former lead singer of the Esquires.
The group’s simple truths resonate through an
intense repertoire that includes songs such as “Fly
Away” and “You are Everything”.
Morris has worked with a collective host of other outstanding
artists like, Hugh Masakela, Joe Sample, Eddie Kendricks,
Dennis Edwards, Prince, film director Bill Duke, Ron
Banks, LJ Reynolds (of the Dramatics), Bobby Womack,
and the beautiful and world renowned Tina Turner.
His studio experience includes the song “I Am
Me” for the legendary, Diana Ross. He has also
toured with world famous bands like, The OJays, Graham
Central Station and the Commodores.
